Treatment for Oily Hair
The hair root is located at a depth of about 5 mm below the dermis and shares the hair follicle with the sebaceous gland. These glands are responsible for the production of sebum and, for various reasons, may secrete an excessive amount of oil. In such cases, HAIRMED products for oily hair cleanse the hair shaft of the shiny layer that covers it and regulate sebum production, returning the scalp to a normal condition.
Synergy Lightness contrasts hair loss caused by imbalances in the scalp. In particular, it intervenes in cases of oily hair and hair-loss, freeing the follicles of sebum, allowing the hair to grow strong and healthy, improving the oxygenation and the tone of the skin.

Seborrhoea: products for greasy hair
Seborrhoea is characterised by hypersecretion of the sebaceous glands, an excessive production of sebum within the follicle. There are many possible causes of this problem and the medical and scientific community is still unable to reach a unified and unequivocal consensus on this matter. HAIRMED products for greasy hair are guaranteed to be effective in combatting and mitigating the symptoms of dry and oily seborrhoea.
Targeted 3-step products for greasy hair
Excessive sebum production can be a temporary or chronic condition, of varying intensity, and can affect anyone. The dedicated products for oily hair in our HAIR CARE line tackle this problem from different angles, by reducing symptoms, returning the scalp to a normal condition and laying the foundations for successful prevention. The pre-shampoo, shampoo and biolotion contain astringent and normalising agents capable of removing excess sebum and controlling its recurrence, but their correct use also leads to improved hair growth and a reduction in the frequency of washing. To maximise effectiveness, the products for greasy hair should be used in sequence, as they have been designed as a complete treatment: the pre-shampoo prepares the skin and exerts an astringent action on the sebaceous glands, the shampoo removes excess sebum and cleanses, while the lotion containing essential oils and natural extracts normalises hypersecretion.
